Boy Wonder

Postby littlebeaver » Fri Oct 16, 2015 2:32 pm

As some of you guys know, I have made my own tire changer, well sometimes it's fun to come up with new and easy cheap ways of doing something,, I've seen guys use tire rims as helpers to hold their rim in place while they change their tires,, Sometimes you need that 3rd hand just to hold the rim, I have mastered the art of tire change by hand, it's fun and easy and I look forward to changing them out sometimes.... Hear is a photo of a simple tire changer idea but it's my stool I made for my shop, all someone would have to do is get a all threaded rod and nuts to hold the rim in place, right in the center of the stool,,, I took a buck and put legs on it,, it will cost you $3.00 for the 2x4 and whatever a bucket cost....  Boy wonder LOL....I'm just a cheap SOB....

Could I just stop by, with a case of Homebrew & lunch and assist while you change tire. I'm just not that handy, but all those years in the kitchen and some fresh homemade beer can go a long way...... 8-)
