Howdy, My name is Wayne and I stay in North Carolina. After over 50 years of riding and being a Harley guy, health and age caught up with me. I just purchased a 2013 Goldwing Trike. It has the CSC viper conversion. The bike had 707 miles on it when purchased. I drove to Tulsa Ok. to pick it up and bring it home. That was Sept. 5th. She now has 3000 miles and a joy to ride. I look forward to years of riding her and spending time here learning and sharing.

Thanks for the welcome. Next to eating riding has always been #1. Started with dirt bike at 12 and on from there. Favorite scoot was Big Red, she was a 1948 HD Panhead purchased after returning from Vietnam. Had her until 1999 divorce issues long story.Last and still have is a 99 Roadking.
The Harlot as my XO calls the trike is going to be around a long time and I plan on her seeing all of the good ole USA.

Welcome to the forum. I kinda feel sorry for the HD. Relegated to the garage for the rest of it's life sitting silently beside a GoldWing. Not a pretty sight ;)

My Harleys suffer the same fate. I doubt, in the five years I have owned this GL1800, that I have put a thousand collective miles on my other bikes - all Harleys - and being sold off one at a time, as the proper person comes along to pass them on to. They suffer silently, and do not appear to be disgruntled, except for one. The 1987 FXSTC (Softail Custom) has issues. It starts and runs beautifully until it gets hot, then quits. I think I know the problem, and have the part to fix it - a new ignition pickup module. It is the getting a round to-it. I used to have one of those here someplace, but seem to have misplaced it. I have multiple square to-its handy but cannot find that round one.

Welcome, Wayne, from the Deep Deep South, and I trust your conversion to Goldwing is smooth, without the shake, rattle, and roll.

Welcome to the site Wayne. I hope you enjoy your wing as much as I do mine. I also have a road king that sits a lot. Working on the Goldwing will be a breeze with the knowledge, and resources available on this site. That's a great looking trike, love the color. I wish you many safe, enjoyable miles on your new ride.
