opinions on dash cam

Postby bntyhntr6975 » Sun Dec 06, 2015 6:54 pm

I'm interested in a dash cam to use on the Goldwing and VTX. I really dont know where to start or what to look for but I'm sure someone here does. Budget is seldom very high due to wife and kids but I also understand the whole 'buy once, cry once' approach.
Any opinions/recommendations/experiences?
Thanks in advance.

Wow. I'm impressed with that. And the review was great, even I understood most of it. I had to google it and I was very surprised at the price. I was expecting about twice the price.

1 thing I didnt notice was whether or not it was very easy to transfer to another bike. I'll have to look into that a little more.

You would have to get a separate mount, as the one that comes with it mounts with permanent VHB adhesive tape. Likely another cable as well, to avoid uninstalling and reinstalling the cable each time. It wouldn't be super convenient to transfer it to another vehicle, but it could be done.
