Early Christmas Present

Postby ka4yqi » Mon Dec 21, 2015 9:45 pm

Friday morning start out like most Fridays, except these one started out to the hospital. 2 hours later I was suppose to end up in a room with a new hip issused. 5 and 1/4 hours my dream did come thru. After they let my head clear a little I was and walked 4 time further than I was suppose to. (did 100 foot? The next morning i went on 2 walks. they were 200 ft a piece. Been at home for a day now, sure do want to get on the wing and go, but I know better. I have this thought again in a few more days. Get to see the therapist tomorrow , they are coming to my house. I know the wait going to be bad. I think I make it.

If it was your right hip, lifting that old leg up sideways to get on the bike is where you will experience the greatest discomfort. Other than that, if you can do it, then do it. Life is for living.
It ain't about the destination - it's all about the journey
