Happy Birthday to WingAdmin

Postby patbrandon1 » Fri Jan 15, 2016 4:17 pm

Happy Birthday Scott.

Here are a few people that share the same birthday.
They are in good company.

Here's a cool quote from a pretty good ball player...

Want to also wish you a happy birthday, but I want to thank you for the great how-to articles you publish. I have used several. They are a priceless contribution to the old Wing community. Whether you have a Honda service manual or are using a Clymer these articles are a great adjunct, and if anyone has even a minimum amount of mechanical ability your articles will guide them through most any project. Almost to the point of when to take a breath or pop a beer.

I would love to be able to download them, or hell, for that matter buy a book of them. Something to think about. It would be a shame to loose them for some reason. You never know what the future holds.

Whenever I read a post here, or on the Saunder's site, I always think that you probably have the information on a great how-to. The 1100 articles are great, but boy would I love to have that bike for a couple of weeks and give her a good scrubbing. :)

Keep up the good work, and again Happy Birthday.

Jack, WingAdmin once posted about using a small program called CutePDF Writer. If you search the forums I think he even put a link to it. This program allows you to print any page from the internet into a PDF file that can be transferred to any computer, or sent as PDF files to phones, tablets, etc...

It might be just as easy to search Google and find that program. It's free, and the site that has it also gives instructions on how to install and use it.

I've used it to download all of the GL1100 How-To's. I'll probably download the others as well, because I know I'll buy more Wings.

I'll make a quick search of the forum and see if I can find WingAdmins link to it, and if I do I'll post it on this thread.
