Daughter ride a GL1800. Here's a video of one who can.
She's 17 years old and 4' 11"

Poor thing didn't know how to stop and couldn't reach the ground.
How long did you make her do that before you helped her off?

She's not my daughter, she's someone else's. I found the video on another forum.
I'm 5' 4" and even I cannot get both feet on the ground with any model Goldwing, he-he that's why I ride trikes.

As long as you are moving it doesn't matter how tall you are. All is equal. Stopping? Another matter! Amazing control though. Even I can't do that well.

It is probably her that I saw at WingDing in Tennessee in 2011. She was 12 then. Her grandfather turned her loose on a wrapped up Goldwing on the back lawn. That is where she learned. She was pretty good with that bike on the parking lots at WingDing, but had to be helped with starting and stopping.

It ain't about the destination - it's all about the journey
