Last summer I replaced the rear tire on my 1989 GL1500 following the DIY instructions on this site. The instructions were outstanding and while I had the rear wheel off, I replaced the brake pads and rotor; replaced the air shock fluid; replaced the brake lines and clutch line fluids; and inspected and lubricated the drive shaft spline and U-Joint, all using the DIY instructions on this site. I bought this classic Goldwing last spring and it is the first motorcycle I have owned in 29 years. This site has made it possible to fully appreciate and enjoy my Wing.
