No STINK'N Badjes?

Postby FM-USA » Thu Jun 23, 2016 8:30 pm

I skimmed for this thread, didn't see one... or it's so old it's withered away.

BMW and few other bikes have mileage badges to proudly place on there bikes. None for GoldWings?
They look to Gosh or maybe since our Wings run for miles & miles, there would be too many to display?

Ideas or thoughts? 8-) or...

Know its new taste and be loyal, you'll know when to change that oil.
Taste testing as the miles flow, souring as that acid grows.
And don't flirt with dirt or darkened oil, all the faster your engine will spoil.

My thoughts on the subject is that it is us we need the mileage badges for. GWRRA gives them to members. I have one that shows 750,000 lifetime miles on motorcycles, and it is seven or eight years old. I guess I need a new one, as I got that one before the Goldwing. Goldwings and BMWs only show how much use is on them if we put mileage badges. Makes them harder to sell, maybe,
It ain't about the destination - it's all about the journey
