Thinking about a naked Wing project

Postby romanfj » Tue Jul 12, 2016 6:08 am

But the early naked Wings are hard to find and parts are getting scarcer, so I'm thinking about taking an 1100 and removing the fairing, panniers, trunk, etc. Any ballpark idea what a set of these in good shape might sell for in the midwest?

Thanks,
Frank

This past weekend at the Flea Market there was a great set of 3 Samsonite bags with frame $50.00... I almost bought it... almost.
Last fall same place, set of 3 Vetter bags no frame, $75.00, some small cracks.
Early Vetter fairing only, free. (was $30.00)

And don't flirt with dirt or darkened oil, all the faster your engine will spoil.
