Best way to end a ride

Postby dtrider » Sat Aug 06, 2016 5:50 pm

Took a ride with my group today, and finished up at a charity bike wash for Fallen Rider. Great way to finish out a ride.

I'm grinning because my bike is clean and big free at the end of a ride.

And it was just as easy and fun to clean as it was to get dirty, I'd bet.
It ain't about the destination - it's all about the journey

I think the best way to finish the ride would have been to have the rider get washed and bug free off too!

Actually, there was one guy there who did. He stepped up and took his shirt off, and the girls hosed him down. They soaped him up and rubbed him down a bit, then hosed him down again. The water was a bit too cold for my blood.
