Phoenix Area Wing friendly mechanic.

Post by Chefmarkaz » Wed Sep 28, 2016 2:50 pm

I just purchased this bike four days ago. She was running beautifully, until suddenly, while idling at a light, she just lost all power. Electronics dead.

Is this something you're familiar with. I need a mechanic I can have the bike towed to.

Thanks guys!

Sorry can't help with a mechanic. As for the problem there are a few possibilities. Ignition switch defective, or ignition switch connector, starter relay with burned connections, dog bone fuse. Could also be corroded battery cable connections.

Try D&D Discount Cycles 617 S McClintock
I've had good luck with them.

+1 for D & D. They have worked on my 1500 and have stated they are willing to "take a look at" my '76 should the need arise. They also sell and service trikes.
