Searching for a seat

Hello Everyone, I have an 83 Gl 1100 Aspencade and I am searching for a new seat. Does anyone have any good suggestions other than the normal ebay response ? Let me know if you do !!!! Many Thanks,

I, too, was searching for a seat for my 1984 GL1200I. I did find the info I will give you on ebay. The reason is the guy is unable to process credit cards and has to use pay pay. The place is called "June's Upholstery" and can be reached @ 810-667-1886. I have spoke with them already and will be making my order here within the next week. Prices seem fair. Also, I found seats in JCWhitney, either online and in the catalog. Hope this info helped. Below is the seat I will be replacing.

I have a seat off an 85 interstate. Its in like new condition. The bike had 53,000 miles on it. Looks to be the same as the picture. Let me know if intrested. thanks, Ray

I would be very interested in the seat you have off a 85 interstate. How much were you looking to get out of it? Do you also have the trunk back rest or the driver back rest? Can you post a picture here to see? Thanks!

Hi there, how important is the color.the seat is brown but i have the back that bolts on the rear cover from my 84 i would consider taking off because it looks a tad better.the brown and black are so close in color i didn't even notice till now. thanks, ray

After review of the pictures, I believe this will work for me. It will give me something better to work with as I cannot recover the one I have due to the dryrot in the foam. How much would you be asking for the seat, driver's backrest, and the passenger backrest? How much would you think the shipping to be here to Kingwood, Texas?
