Great Lift bargain for Canadian Wingers

Post by SilverDave » Fri Sep 01, 2017 9:51 am

If you still don't have a lift ( esp for tires, etc ) ...
Then this Canadian Tire sale item is a great bargain ( Early Sept only )

http://www.canadiantire.ca/en/pdp/motom ... 1015p.html

At $159, its a good bargain ... but...
at $103 its a real deal .

I took a close look yesterday .. its well made, and has locking ratchet bars as well.

If I did not already have a good homebuilt lift , I would get this item .

Don't forget to pick up some tire down straps to add stability.
I might, eventually also add two hard wood oak strips , epoxied or bolted to the top rails to minimize bike damage.

Get one while they are hot, Folks

These smaller lifts are great to have. I use mine extensively especially when I have both bikes in the garage and I need to put one or both on the centre stands. I would like to get a bike lift like this one:

Can even use it to park on.

Cheers

Found that can also the motorcycle lift, with a few wood blocks on the lawn tractor too.
Much easier for sharpening the blades.

I used mine to move a work bench that i built that was heavy. I also use it with the lawn mower to get to the blades. It has many uses.
