Hi all!

My name is Efraín López Jr. (with the Ray Ban lenses).

I introduce you the 1982 GL1100A of my Dad, he bought it in August 28th 2010 with 64000 km (Canadian version), a type II stereo, a 40-channel CB transceiver (aftermarket), and an on-board air compressor.

In this moment we are planing a road trip from San José Costa Rica to Ciudad de Panamá República de Panamá for the summer time at 2011 (February or March) almost 1100 miles round trip.

Some pictures:

My Dad and my Wife

My Mom

My Bike

As you can see in the last picture, I'm the proud owner of a 1984 Shadow VT700C with 48000 miles on the speedometer.

We know that our bikes are oldies but they are in good shape, everything is working: warning lights, gauges, etc.

Thank you for the manuals and the DIY articles, very helpfull!

8-)
