touch-up paint

Postby toy » Wed Dec 01, 2010 6:23 pm

Looking to buy a small bottle of touch-up paint (R287M) for my 2009 GL1800.
I know I can buy it at dealer and pay top price but was hoping to find somewhere cheaper.
Any suggestions?

Ive always used nail polish as its an enamel . Was told this a long time ago plus its a lot cheaper than Mother Honda would want

How do you match the color with nail polish?

most colours ive had to match are the same as auto paint unless its a metal flake paint . Most of it i match by eye i do a test strip and if it wrong i buy another as they only cost a few bucks
