THIS IS GOING TO BE EXPENSIVE !

Post by Heingericke1 » Sat Feb 05, 2011 2:55 pm

After riding for 30 years and getting my first goldwing 1800 last week at a cost of £17000 I had to go and get a brouchure for accessories from the local goldwing dealer. FATAL MISTAKE ! Got the brouchure and came out £985.00 lighter. " The good news dear is I could have spent a whole lot more". In anticipation of her reaction even though she loves going on the bike, She does like the flowers i bought her. Obviously this was a coincidence ! I just felt in a good mood today, can't think why !!!!!!!!!

Like they say: " Easier to beg forgiveness then ask permission".
"It´s a friggen motorcycle, it´s not supposed to be comfortable, quiet or safe. The wind noise is supposed to hurt your ears, the seat should be hard and riding it should make you s**t your pants every now and then. "

Welcome Heingericke from a fellow UK rider. You will find that riding the Goldwing is more pleasurable than any other you may have ridden. There is also a similar/sister site in the UK called Goldwing riders.com if you are interested.
