Rear Speakers

Hello I am new to the site and have a issue with a 92aspencade1500 trying to put rear speakers in ,found the 3plugs capped under the seat have 2 speakers and am going to pick up the short harnesses for the speakers and the one that joins them to the one plug under seat will i need a fader switch also any input appreciated.

You don't have to have a fader but it's nice to be able to balance the sound. Truthfully I only hear the front speakers when on the highway. Good luck!
