Do we have a facebook page? and or how many of us have a facebook page? I posted a like on facebook with my contest win, but I have never seen anything else. Would this be an option to expan our group?

I'm on it...but like GreenDragon says, I don't have much time for it. I've got many other better things to spend my time on. I use it occasionally for communicating to people who just don't seem to communicate any other way anymore, but that's about it.

Well, as you know right now I've got nothing better to do..lol but I thought maybe we could use it to our advantage to find other wing owners or another place to post our pic's for others to see... Just thinking out loud with ideas..

Personally, I have no interest in Facebook. I see no reason to have any more of my info out on the internet than there already is. Email, Yahoo Messenger and various Bulletin Boards are about all I need.

Well facebook is a network, if there is someone that has the time and the knowhow it's not a bad idea. I have the time but I dont know enough about the Goldwing to do it. I would absolutly be a member, and contribute with all I can.

Not me! Have no interest what so ever in face book or any of the other social network sites. Either e-mail or phone is all I will ever use. Never sent a text message either. Guess that makes me an old fogey!.

Google search.
Old fogey: A person, typically older, with conservative attitudes and tastes.

Yep, That's me!

Here’s a recap of what Betty White opened up with when she took the stage at Saturday Night Live:

“I really have to thank Facebook… I didn’t know what Facebook was, and now that I do know what it is, I have to say, it sounds like a huge waste of time. I would never say the people on it are losers, but that’s only because I’m polite. People say ‘But Betty, Facebook is a great way to connect with old friends.’ Well at my age, if I wanna connect with old friends, I need a Ouija Board. Needless to say, we didn’t have Facebook when I was growing up. We had phonebook, but you wouldn’t waste an afternoon with it.”

I was on Facebook and after considering her comments I had to agree with her and have since removed myself.
"It´s a friggen motorcycle, it´s not supposed to be comfortable, quiet or safe. The wind noise is supposed to hurt your ears, the seat should be hard and riding it should make you s**t your pants every now and then. "

Well poop , I AM on facebook , my daughter put myself and my wife on it and we do keep up with friends and family . Celebs that refer to larg groups of people as losers because of personal biases don't garner any respect from me and if they had any that is a quick way to lose it . I find it interesting that so many say fb is a waste or bad and yet are here , which is just another form of social networking , so is this a waste ? BTW I do not do the games an such .

Now when you finally get out for your first ride of 2011, you can post a picture from your mobile phone for everyone to see...

Or if you want to post something about the snow that ruined your plans for a ride, you can post that too....

Either way, enjoy...

Check it out..

Have survived quite well so far without facebook, texting, etc. Now, if I can get rid of these damn ads within my posts. Have played around with my profile, but they still pop up.

Hi,

FYI, the ads are from the GW Docs forum's website through Google Ads.... they are part and parcel to the postings and can't be deleted... It's how the hosting company for the forums (not only just the GW Docs) makes it's $$$$. God Bless American Ingenuity...
