For long rides... check into the use of "Monkey Butt" powder. dust this stuff in your pants and avoid a chapped @#ss! On those lengthy rides! i get mine @ Tractor Supply!...

What really worked for me was the underwear made by LD Comfort. No seams to strangle you down there. Wicking fabric. I won't ride without them.
