Does anyone knopw how to add a fuel cell to a Road Smith Trike ?

I've seen people who added fuel cells to pannier bags, using electric pumps to transfer fuel to the main tank when required. Is there a place on the trike that you can think it would fit well?

there is a place for a 5 gal. tank on the trike i just don't know how much it takes to get it in place.
