Howdy, I'm Dave. I just bought an 82 GL1100 that is in need of some minor work, I don't know much about it but am looking forward to learning.

Welcome to the forum Dave. No offense meant but that doesn't look like any 82 1100 I've ever seen. Somethings not right there or the PO added a lot of gl1000 parts.
