Just one tooth, that's all it took,.....

Post by bfvc702 » Sun Aug 21, 2011 6:06 pm

Fellow Wingers:

I don't know how many times I've seen it posted here! But, I'm here to testify that one tooth off on the Cam shaft sprocket is meaningful!
My project, to revive an '83 GL1100 Stnd I've had since new, is nearing an end. Taken it from dying after a half a block to riding my wife 50 miles for breakfast this morning. Still have work to do, yet now I have hope. Thanks to all who tease the mind with your problems and those that care enough to offer solutions. At 56 yrs I'm proud to be one of the few Wingers in a sea of Harleys !

Me be Happy!
