Welcome from sunny, warm, (all the year it rarely gets below 0C), nice beaches, nice countryside, some really good rides, and the people are worth meeting (just ask me  )

Now, do they pay you extra to have your riding season cut short from 12 months to three?
Len in Kapunda

The world is not going to finish today, as it is already tomorrow in Australia and New Zealand, and other islands of foreign nations such as Guam and Samoa.

I was born in Saskatchewan, raised on a farm in Saskatchewan, and left Saskatchewan when I was fourteen. Saskatchewan, at that time, was not conducive to being a biker, and a biker I WAS gonna be, rather than a farmer. Well, I got my wish and after forty seven years as a "biker" I now live in Ontario and ride a Goldwing  which makes me a motorcycle enthusiast or maybe afficionado. Welcome to GoldwingDocs.

no - it is the other way round --- we pay them to have a short season --- like the licence cost is OVER $70.00 PER MONTH!!!!!!!!!!!

Prairiecoot, I used to live in Lipton a long long time ago. Our farm was just south of Findlater, on the other side of the Qu' Appelle valley, but I lived in Lipton for about a year and a half. Cupar, Dysart etc used to be our trouble making areas, The guys from there used to come make trouble in Lipton. :o However, I remember one Halloween, we totally trashed Lipton, stretched coils of barbed wire across the entrance roads, stacked out houses on the football field, and blamed it all on Cupar -
