Well I have been told if I don't have a picture it didn't happen so I washed and waxed her today getting ready for my 5-6 day trip. I found quite a few things that need a little tending to. gromets missing, rubber needs re-glued in places. and one of the pegs, that I glued back on the right side plate cover came back off, I used 2 part epoxy, but must have been junk, I will use gorilla glue next time, but for now I am sure that 3 will hold it just fine for the trip. So I am gonna attempt to attach a picture to this i don't know if I am gonna be able to do it, but I will give it a shot. :o

Looks nice. For a better picture, you're probably going to need more light. Best to take the picture outside. You won't have to hold the camera so still, and all the shiny parts will look extra shiny. Very cool bike man, congrats!

thanks for the information, I will do that today.. I will take it outside and post a better picture. I definitely want everyone to see how shiny it is, that was a lot of work, but I am sure everybody here knows it is if they have done it even once. I done my 86 aspencade a few time when I had it, but wow this one got a little more going on lol. But all worth it once I seen the final product. What i didn't like I bought a product that said it would remove fine scratches and It polished everything up nice, but most of the fine scratches are still there?

In my opinion, the little scratches just add character. I don't have any recommendations in that area. But the scratches can't even be seen in the new picture.
