intercom cables

Postby furnacedoc » Tue Sep 06, 2011 6:00 pm

Hello I have a 97 1500SE with the factory intercom system. I need a new lower cable that connects to the bike and then up to the short cable on my helmet. I can get one from J&P Audio but just wondering if there is anyplace less expensive to buy one. from them it is about $60. OUCH thankx and see ya on the road

It depends on what type of headset you have in your helmet. If you have a J&M headset, you're pretty well stuck with using a J&M lower cord, and being that they use proprietary connectors, you're also stuck with their $60 price.
