A Harley I would Ride

Postby zephyr2nv » Wed Sep 14, 2011 8:28 am

I was flipping through Kijiji ads, looking for Goldwing stuff and came across this little gem. I think this modification would make a Harley much more pleasant to ride.LOL

Here's the ad

When I first saw the picture I noticed the big comfy seat and thought that was what Zephyr was referring too, it took me a few minutes to notice the engine!!

Guess I am getting old..

I doubt very much that you would get any love from the Harley guys riding that bike. LOL

Looks to me like someone likes Harley's soooo much they went and changed the total look of the Goldwing, Looks good and all but....What  ... Just go buy a Harley already if your gonna do all that is what I say  , Goldwings have a great look of there own, but then again, nice work on it looks cool, and I would bet a million bucks [i don't have] that he took off all the Honda labels..  After all it's supposed to be a Harley lookalike... I say Boo..  just kidding.. It does look kinda comfortable, I like it...

Lets face it, has to be owned by a very dedicated Harley rider, that actually wants to ride a bike and not just work on it....He put a lot of work into this, but now he can ride more than a block without doing roadside teardowns. I say a very smart individual,he knows he has a Harley that will run forever now.

The best of both worlds Tried and true harley style and functionality that you can ride with out the fear of things falling off due to vibration. And ya know it will start.

I have heard that 90% of Harleys are still on the road.

The rest have made it home,

Looks like it:

"It´s a friggen motorcycle, it´s not supposed to be comfortable, quiet or safe. The wind noise is supposed to hurt your ears, the seat should be hard and riding it should make you s**t your pants every now and then. "

If you look to the left you will see 2013 wide glide prototype.
