.ald files

Postby msgoodwrench » Sun Nov 29, 2009 7:56 pm

Hi! I am new to the group, looking for some info for my 83 Aspencade, and I downloaded some of the manuals (GREAT!), now I am looking at them and wondering what program you use to open the .ald files that in some of the parts folders. I don't know what they show when they open, and I don't know what program to use. When I tried the 'let the Web find a program" it found all these sites that want to scan your computer for potential problems! Yeah right! If I didn't have a problem before then, I would when they were done! So, I am wondering how you view those files. Thanks for all your help.

When you unZIP those parts files, it should unzip them into a bunch of folders - named GL1100A, GL1100C, and so on.

You'll see one file called SEARCH.EXE. Click on this, and it will open all the various files inside the archive.
