The Honda Glare Polish is really a great prize. I actually bought two bottles of the stuff, one for the prize, one for myself. I used it to do my truck (and only used half the bottle) and it looks fantastic. It's by far the best polish I've ever used.

Congrats Virgil. Well your bike should way out shine mine when we finally meet. Have the bike all street legal now except the paperwork ( waiting on allstate to insure it so I can register it ) but the lights are all working now. She's a bit slow to warm up and a bit rough coming off of idle ( especially when cold ) Probably could use a carb sync & timing/ point adjustment, but mostly needs to be ridden.

Hey new82 ,looking forward to coffee at a Waffle house.I'll find out where there is one near hammond or covington and let you know a good time and place.Nothing set in stone.

Oh and littlebeaver , this may not be related but....my finger never bleeds till I cut it .......
I think that's related to the contest rules somehow :D

I'm pretty sure the 82 model doesn't have the points system, you should check you ignition timing with a timing light for sure though...

Nope, no points on an 82, it's got electronic ignition.
