Hi All

I'm new to the forum, so please be gentle :D

I live in Adelaide, Australia and ride a Caliente Red 2010 Goldwing Standard (No Navi, No Airbag, with ABS).

Cheers!

And while we are all whinging about the onset of winter and having to put our bikes away unless we want frostbite, your summer is just about to start - not that you really have much of a winter, even in the deep south. Have fun.

Welcome to the board/bored. Raining like crazy out right now, plus a little past my bed time, so no riding today. Tomorrow, maybe.

Hi All

Thanks for all the welcome posts. I have finally taken the time to upload a profile Avatar. I tried to upload more pics but could not figure out how?

Yes, we cannot complain about the weather here in Australia - mostly year-round riding. It can get bloody hot though (110+ F) but usually only occurs about 2 weeks in a year in February.

We are planning on taking about 2 months off from work to tour of the great USA on a bike in 2013/4 and we cannot wait! One of our "Bucket List" items.

Cheers, and stay upright!
Johan

welcome Johan from another Michigander, but I am a yooper(from the upper peninsula) and do imagine our style of riding is somewhat different , I would love to be able to sit and chat with you if you make it thru this area during your bucket list trip let me know.
