I wounder if the door operator comes with it? ;) I think my operator wouldn't work, no matter how many batteries I put in it :lol:

This looks like the quickest way for me to get a knot put on my head or a big horse laugh from the better half for even suggesting this . I'll pass on this idea.

I've been using one of those for years. I knew I should have put a patent on it.

its a good door opener , but not cheaper then a electric 1 with a remote , :lol:

Yeah, I have one too, and the maintenance costs are extremely high. It does work well tho, and the door has never gotten stuck either going up or down.
