No difference in "quality" just stock features. The SE comes with the CB, adjustable passenger floorboards, rear speakers, seat cover, more buttons on the audio system. Something else but I can't remember right now.

Edit: I just remembered the turn signal actuated side lights.

It really depends on whether you want those things. To me, I really wanted the CB, adjustable passenger footrests and the cornering lights. So I went for the SE.

WELL I HAVE A 1994 GOLDWING ASPENCADE, AND ITS NICE, HAS CB, FLOORBOARDS, BUT NON-ADJUSTING, CORNERING LIGHTS ARE PLACED ON OUTSIDE GRILL INSTALLED, SO THERE IS NOT THAT MUCH DIFFERENCE, JUST MINOR STUFF. I WAS JUST WONDERING IF THERE WAS REALLY ANY MAJOR SIGNIFICANT DIFFERECNES BETWEEN AN ASPENCADE AND S.E. MODEL.COMESTIC OR MECHANICAL?

Other than those extra accessories mentioned, there is no difference between the bikes.
