It looks like A is connected to that ground plane, which is also soldered to that bracket in the middle, so yes, I would also guess that A is your negative.

Well, I wanted to reposition my leds as upper button lights were not so well seen in dark.
I did led update 2 years ago, so I bought few brighter blue leds...

This time I soldered them (with the old resistors) to board itself, positioning was easier and better, no extra wires.
