To me, it appears that the sled will stay on the track but you could easily get thrown off in to the woods and have a long walk home if you don't lean correctly. Maybe there is a seat belt but then there could be whiplash. I would think that they must sign a waiver of responsibility. But I would expect that being that I live in California. Everybody sues everybody here.
