Optic Armor Windshield

Postby bstig60 » Wed Apr 22, 2015 7:31 pm

A month ago I purchased an Optic Armor +2 shield for my GW. I recently had occasion to ride the bike some distance. I found the shield to be optically clear with great clarity and no blurring. I also noticed the buffeting that is typical of a GW when you are behind a truck to be significantly reduced. The shield offers great protection and the +2 is low enough that I can look over it if I wish. I can't speak to how it sheds rain yet, but will update if it ever rains again in California. Basically, I would definitely recommend this shied as a replacement. Another good thing about it is it is Lexan......

YEEEEEEOUCH!

"OIL CHANGE?" _FM 07-2009
Know its new taste and be loyal, you'll know when to change that oil.
Taste testing as the miles flow, souring as that acid grows.
And don't flirt with dirt or darkened oil, all the faster your engine will spoil.
