Planning a trip from Meridian ID to Keystone, SD sometime in June. Any ideas on the most scenic route to take?

Thanks,

Kilzum

Hello Kilzum
I just got home from there today. Here is a list of rides ther to NOT miss.
1 Iron Mountain ( a VERY VERY twisty sharp close to the edge ride) But rewarding.
2 The Needles Hwy also a twisty narrow road
3 Spearfish canyon road
4 Custer State Park
and of course Mount Rushmore
Also if you have time take the side roads to Delvils Tower WY you wont regret it
also pass on the Holiday Inn express we had a very BAD experiance there.

Sturges is OK but dont go during the rally its a zoo
Deadwood is cool for some reason i have turkeys fly out at me close to there Yea one got my windshield in my van
this is my third trip there and firsrt on my Wing. a most excelent ride
In Hot Springs there is a little Cafe that was on a corrner of 385 that serves a great meal sorry forgot their name
we just rode about 500 miles there over the weekend Friday ,Saturday and Sunday
anyway the Iron mountain is a tough ride take it carefully as lives have been lost on them as with Needles.
its a BEAUTIFUL ride
