You'll love the riding around the area. Make sure you go to the Crazy Horse mountain too. Liked it better than Rushmore myself.
"It´s a friggen motorcycle, it´s not supposed to be comfortable, quiet or safe. The wind noise is supposed to hurt your ears, the seat should be hard and riding it should make you s**t your pants every now and then. "

Wow, I wanna go, I don't think I'd wanna go during the bike week, I don't like big crowds like that, or long lines, sounds like fun, something I do when going on a long trip is make a note of motorcycle shops on that route just in case..Take some time and research the different shops in different cities or not..But have fun and take some photo's..

I ride a Goldwing. I don't worry about motorcycle shops.

Make sure you go to Custer State Park and ride the Needles Highway. Very senic and take a lot of pictures!!!! We loved Mt. Rushmore!
I’d rather be Riding my Motorcycle thinking about God
Than sitting in church thinking about my Motorcycle
