buying new shocks

Postby shawnee1952 » Sun Oct 28, 2012 5:50 pm

I am thinking about buying a new set of shocks for my 77. Any suggestions as to brands to look at and those to avoid?

Not 100% sure that they're available for GL1000's, but if they are, you really can't go wrong with Progressives.

Thanks for the replies. Ordered them today and will keep you informed as to how the installation goes. Gotta wait for spring to see how they handle unless we get a serious break in the weather. November in northeast Ohio means rare riding opportunities.
