electric coils connection

hello
every 1 first time i am posting here i hope i'll get good response
i have GL1000
and i am having problem with electric current
all i wanna know is how to connect electric coils wires with spark plugs??
with diagram plssssss
i have got a diagram but not sure if it's correct or not

its like this
that
1) left coil's left wire should be placed at cylinder number 4
2) Left coil's right wire should be placed at cylinder number 3
3) right coil's left wire should be placed at cylinder number 2
4) right coils right wire should be placed at cylinder number 1

That's accurate according to the service manual.

That is, correct as long as someone hasn't swapped the points wires around! Basically one coil feeds the two front and one coil feeds the two rear cylinders. so, if you still have trouble getting it to run swap the HT leads around.
'Impossible' is just a level of difficulty! The only stupid question is the one you didn't ask first!
