Turn signal switch

Postby elizvella » Thu May 01, 2014 11:33 pm

Hi to all, I have a GL1000 1975, and me being not too bright I have taken the turn signal switch apart and the ball bearing fell out and I do not know where it goes. If someone could help it would be appreciated, Thankyou, Vic

Just to make sure we're all on the same page, your talking about the switch assembly on the LEFT correct? The reason I'm asking you to confirm this is because the assembly on the RIGHT (starter button/kill switch) has a ball bearing in it as well.

Thankyou for your reply, it is the switch on the left.

there should be a small v shaped groove in there where the ball sits as the lever arm rides it, i think, its been a minute. the ball centers the switch basically
