78 Goldwing No Power
I have a 78 Goldwing that has been in the barn for a couple of years, and recently got it out and purchased a new battery for it. After installing the battery, I turned on the key to try and start, and no lights come on, not even the neutral light. I've checked the battery voltage which is at 12.7 volts, and double checked the connections and don't see any issues. Any assistance with where to start looking would be appreciated.

What about the master (dogbone) fuse? Do you have voltage on both sides of it?

I would also suggest by starting at the main fuse and then the ignition switch..
