G'Day everyone, well I've managed to get stuck into starting the upgrade of the gem?
After unseizing all of the brake calipers I decided that the carbys were next on the list of potential dramas :o
See the attached to visualise what I came up against with 2 of the 4 items in question.
May be of some help to someone down the line one day??

I ended up using a brass split pin to take the place of the post, Liquid Steel supposed to be impervious to numerous chemicals/fuel etc? We'll see ;)

Different to say the least. Did you take a look at Randaks.com for his repair?
