Need some pictures of the left side electrical

Postby shootermcd » Sat Oct 02, 2010 10:26 am

Good morning,
I have a 78 GL1000 that I've been putting back together and unfortunately I forgot where some things go and I have 2 sets of open connections on my left side.

I was wondering someone could post some pictures of their left side electrical with the cover off.

I'd appreciate it.

Thanks
Pat

The wiring under the left side cover is different for the '75 - '77 and the '78 - '79.

I will need to find my camera and go out and take some pictures of mine.

However, I do have a little extra wiring because mine had a Vetter Fairing on it when I got it, which I have since removed. Along with the trunk and saddle bags and the brackets for them.

Don't suppose you can post pictures of what you do have so far for us?

kmassey, The paint on that rebuild is amazing!

I notice from your frame painting pictures that you and I have the exact same paint booth. I've got the exact same double garage doors, and the same wire coat hangers hanging the painted items from the garage door tracks. :)
