What is a "brake pipe"? (78 GL 1000)

Post by dogdoggybob » Sat Dec 30, 2017 1:21 pm

Greetings Ya'll from Seattle! where it is cold and wet ;)

So I'm looking in the online manual cause I'm about to put my brakes back together with proper torque specs and all...and I see on pg 23 between front axle holder and front disk caliper "front brake pipe"

I thought maybe it was English(as in brit) for hose but there is a line item for hose.

If I were to guess it would be the one into two hose splitter. 9-11 ft lbs sounds about right to attach it. Am I right?

Happy New Year!

Thanks
