Make sure the ground wire is connected behind the tail light.

the ground behind the tail light is connected, but only the tail light works, no break lights. but the ground is one wire with 2 plugins, but i only see one spot to plug in the ground and the other wire connected to it is really short with no where else i see to plug in. and turn signals are not working at all, and i tested all switches turn and break and they are good. i tried grounding that plug with another wire but that didnt work either.

Run wires direct from the battery to the lights, If they light up then trace the wire back to the plugin under the seat area, using a test light or volt meter check the connection as you turn on the switchs,fr brake rear brake, left turn and the rt turn, note the color of each wire for each function and make sure they are properly connected,Don't forget to turn on the Ignition frist.

I forgot to tell you there are TWO places that the ground wire plugs in to the tail light one is for the brake one for tail, you may have to splice into the ground on the tail light then run it to your brake light side then run grounds to your turn signals.I hope this takes care of it.Joe
