where I can buy a starter for the gl1100A; please i need information

as well as E-bay, of course: ... s&var=sbar

but before you throw it away... once you have it outa the bike
Try taking it to an automotive electrical shop... and see...

When mine died about 9 years ago, I found a repair shop who cleaned it, replaced one bearing, new brushes, and bench tested it for only $30.
These Wing starters have standard brushes and bearings in them, so it often is pretty cheap to repair .
