Also, i am looking for a service manual, and i thought a long time ago, a member was able to see them on here. But i am unable to. Are they removed? or was i mistaken.

At this sites home page click the manuals button, the wiring diagram can be downloaded for free.

They were here but copy right issue shad them removed so now it's ebay or helms to buy them...Or find someone who has them and will send you a copy..

note there are sites still with downloads..one here I know of and one in Italy.

For the GL1100 Honda Service Manual

The above link should take you to my skydrive account. Click on the GL1100 folder and the downloadable files are right there for all who need them. Click the file, then click download and save them to where ever you wish to put them. Enjoy!!
    You only need two tools in life - wd-40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move and should, use the wd-40. If it shouldn't move and does, use the duct tape!

Thanks, but to be brutuly honest, i am not a mechanical type guy... i am trying to use everything i can to hopefully get this thing running, and try and fix everthing i can.... HOPEFULLY all this will help. But reading it... honestly... makes me nervous, cuz it sounds very VERY complicated... :(

but i am going to give it my best.

Don't worry about your mechanical ability. most things aren't as complicated as they sound. Plus, you have the full support of the members here to guide you thru if you get stuck or don't understand the manuals. Just post a topic with your problem and we'll get you straightened out in no time. Above all, you have to enjoy knowing that you can do the work yourself and keep calm. frustration will only make things worse, so if you need to, take a break and cool off then try to rethink your issue.
