1983 Interstate Tach. quits in cool weather
My Tach. quits when I ride in cool weather (50 F.) Other times it seems to read accurately but needle does flutter a bit. Is this a cable or the Tach. itself.

My guess would be the cable. Not a difficult (or expensive) fix.
