Need new grips ...

New-to-me GL1100 Interstate
Current foam grips over heater elements are shot shot shot...
I need new ones...
What size is recommended ..7/8" bar X ? how long... :?
Want to replace with foam as well for comfort...

Thanks in advance for help with 1 of many future questions.
