#3cylinder hotter than the rest

Postby pulitjer » Mon Jul 30, 2012 10:12 pm

I just finished cleaning out my carbs again and i noticed that #3 exhaust was hotter than #1 exhaust. I synced my carbs again and got them on the money. But #3 is still way hotter trhan #1. If i pull the plug wires off one at a time it will bog down each time i drop a cylinder. But when i pull off #3 plug wire it will die instantly. It seems as if #3 is pulling most of the load. Could it be an air leak on three? Since all the carbs are based off #3 maybe thats where the problem starts? Any answers? I dont want to overheat #3.
