my clutch on my 1983 gl 1100i seems to try to engage then st

Hi guys my wing a 1983 gl1100i has been sitting idle for 2 years. I started by running a solution of Mystery top oil and seafoam cleaner with 2 quarts of oil in the crankcase. I let it run about an hour, drained it out Installed a new filter and the havoline 10 w 40 M/C oil for wet clutch in it. cleaning the plugs, I ran a bottle of Seafoam through the fuel system. the carburetors are synched, Recently, When i TRIED TO TEST RIDE IT, that is when I noticed it (the bogging down). A suggestion was made that the Delo 400 15w40 helps with the clutch So I changed it again with new filter. BUT SO FAR IT HAS NOT HELPED. but when I go to let the clutch out it goes about a 6" or a foot and wants to cut off unless you rev it up. Put it on the center stand ran it through the gears , and she runs out fine.On perfectly level ground it will travel a few feet.
The clutch was new when it was put to bed in November of 2010. Could the clutch, just be stuck? And is there any way to unstick it? Any Ideas suggestions? Or should I just make a flower bed around it? Any help will be appreciated. Nothing worse than a bike that won't go.

The clutch plates have seazed to the steel plates which is common when in storage for a long time .The problem is getting them to free up without damaging anything else ,at least that's how I am reading your question so far, Right?

Run some Seafoam in the crankcase, Look on the can for ratio, and run gently.
